Our People
JEN WHITE
Office Manager
Jen White has been with Hildreth & White since its founding in 1986 and is the current office manager. Jen manages office administration and billing.
JP WHITE
Pre-Construction Manager
JP White joined Hildreth & White in 2020 and is now our Pre-Construction Manager. JP manages the computer aided design process, cost estimating, material ordering, and tracking/reporting project schedules.
​DAN WHITE
Owner & President
Dan White founded Hildreth & White in 1986 and has guided the company to where it is today. Dan manages company finances, sales, and operations.
TIM FOLLO
Project Manager
Tim Follo has been a key member of Hildreth & White since 1996. As a Project Manager, he oversees field operations-managing subcontractors, materials, and quality control-primarily for our spec homes and condominium developments.
TIM MORRIS
Project Manager
Tim Morris joined Hildreth & White in 2022 and is a Project Manager. He oversees field operations-managing subcontractors, scheduling, materials, and quality control-primarily for our senior living projects.
